Overseas Wireless radio devices (such as UHF-CB, PRS and FRS) are
STRICTLY PROHIBITED in Japan.
Radio frequencies and purposes of use are determined by each country, and frequencies for radio equipment that meet overseas standards are used in Japan for different applications and purposes.
Using radio equipment that meets foreign standards may disrupt communications for Japanese radio equipment, and could have an impact on the scene of an accident or disaster.
Make sure to use radio equipment that is permitted by Japanese law.
