Kiranoyu

From May 16th to June 20th, entry is limited to the following customers:
・ Niseko townspeople
・ Those (including non-townspeople) who have a “Kiranoyu commuter pass” or those who bought a “Kiranoyu coupon ticket” before May 15, 2021.
※ The Niseko Yumeguri Hot Spring Pass does not count as a “Kiranoyu coupon ticket” and thus can’t be used as such!

Makkari Onsen

Between May 16th and June 20th, the hot spring is only available to those who live in Makkari Village.

Also, the business hours are shortened to 10:00-20:00 (last reception 19:30).

Weiss hot spring

There are days when we will be closed depending on the number of newly infected.

Hotel Green Park Iwanai

Closed from May 21st (Friday) to June 30th (Wednesday)

Suttsu Onsen Yubetsu no Yu

Closed from May 16th (Sun) to June 20th (Mon)

Ikoino Yuyado Iroha

Closed from May 16th (Sun) to June 9th (Wed)

From June 10 to June 30, business is only conducted on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. During that time, the business hours are 12:30 to 21:00 (last entry at 20:00).

If the state of emergency is prolonged, the business hours mentioned above might stay in place longer.

Hotel Niseko Alpen

From May to June, the hot spring is only opened for guests who stay in the hotel.

Yumoto Niseko Prince Hotel Hirafu-tei

・ Reserved for guests who stay in the hotel from May 17th (Monday) to July 1st (Thursday)
・ The hotel is closed from May 31st (Monday) to July 9th (Friday). Depending on the reservation status, the museum will be closed earlier than May 31st (in some cases).

Rankoshi Town Exchange Promotion Center Yukichichibu

Until June 20, only available to those who live in Rankoshi Town on Saturdays and Sundays.

During weekdays the entry is as usual for all customers.
