A rare high-altitude marshland stretching across the Niseko mountain range at an elevation of approximately 800 meters. Located along the trekking route from Goshiki Onsen to Shinsen Marsh, it's also perfect for leisurely strolls.

Chisenupuri north entrance

An enticing entry point to Mount Chisenupuri, a volcano towering over the Niseko Range's Eastern Mountain System. Though the course features an elevation gain of only about 300 meters, it's renowned as a challenging route requiring traversing rocky terrain. Upon reaching the summit, visitors are greeted by a small crater lake and high-altitude marshland, enveloped in the mountain's serene natural beauty. This highly recommended trailhead perfectly complements the Shinsennuma area, making it a highlight of any Niseko tour.

Yuki-Chichibu Hot Springs

Yumoto Onsen Village “Yuki Chichibu” is a town-operated day-trip hot spring nestled beside Lake Oyunuma. It features 7 to 8 open-air baths, with the women's bath notably offering the rare mud bath experience. The rich sulfur spring, milky white to grayish in color, warms both body and soul. Combined with the view of Lake Oyunuma, which seems to pulse with the Earth's heartbeat, it offers a unique escape from the ordinary.
