This month’s theme for the Hokkaido Information Magazine: HO is the subprefecture Shiribeshi. It covers a variety of Shiribeshi’s most beautiful places, including Otaru, Yoichi, and the Niseko area (consisting of towns: Kuchan, Niseko, and Rankoshi).
